ORDERING AND PAYMENT
At RedSpark, we accept orders over the Internet or by post. Payment may be made
by cheque, postal orders or the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron. You can also pay by bank transfer.
For each of these payment methods, please see the appropriate section below.
Please note that we are unable to accept cash and all prices are in UK Pound Sterling.
Your order total will be charged in UK Pound Sterling.
HOW TO ORDER AND PAY ONLINE
You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add the items you require
to your basket. At any time before checkout and payment, you can view and amend
your order by clicking on 'My Basket'. When your order is complete, click on 'Proceed
to Checkout' and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.
HOW TO ORDER BY POST AND PAY WITH A CHEQUE
If you wish to order by post and pay by cheque, please send your order with a cheque
drawn in British pounds for the full amount of your order, including the indicated
postage and packing charge to:

Please make your cheque payable to 'RedSpark Music' and write your name, address
and cheque card number on the back. If you are placing your first order with us,
please allow five working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are despatched.
Overseas customers are advised to pay by credit or debit card, as only cheques written
in UK Pound Sterling can be accepted.

HOW TO ORDER BY POST AND PAY BY BANK TRANSFER
Instead of paying by cheque, you can transfer the correct monies directly to our

Please ensure that you or your bank includes your name as a reference to identify

on the RedSpark web-site www.redspark.com to the total sum to be transferred.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Although we do our very best to predict demand for the items featured on our site,
unfortunately we are not able to guarantee permanent availability for every item.
This is particularly so for many of our more unusual items or promotions which might
receive high levels of demand that impact on our ability to immediately fulfil an
order. Accordingly, all orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order
via our website and emailed confirmation of receipt of an order do not constitute
acceptance or guarantee fulfilment of an order. If an item is temporarily out of
stock but the product can be replenished quickly we will automatically hold your
order details but not complete the transaction until the missing item has been despatched.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
The majority of our orders are shipped by UPS or by British Post. For your security
many of these parcels will require a signature on delivery. Therefore, please inform
us if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing
address or if you have any special delivery instructions.
There will only be one postage & packing charge per order, even if we send you
more than one parcel. If you would prefer to wait and receive all your items in
one delivery please tick the box next to 'Please tick here if you do not want your
order despatched until all items are available' on the Delivery Details page of
the Checkout. Your credit or debit card will be charged for an item only once it
has been despatched.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The schedule of charges for despatches is generally based on weight with vinyl products
incurring a higher cost obviously. The table below is indicative of the costs:

In the event of a mixed order of vinyl and CD’s/DVD’s and SACD’s
it is normally the case that the vinyl shipping charges will be sufficient to cover
the cost of the smaller items. In any event, RedSpark does not aim to make a profit
from shipping charges and we are determined to explore all avenues to keep shipping
costs to an absolute minimum.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt for some countries typically outside
the European Union. These duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your RedSpark purchase.
We aim to despatch all product in factory-sealed packaging as your sign of confidence
that the product is unused and in exceptional condition. If however, you detect
a manufacturing flaw in your product please return it to us unopened and in its
original condition, within 14 days of receipt, and we will exchange the product,
hold the cost of the goods as credit to your account or refund the cost of the goods
if required.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service and return delivery charges
are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return any items by
registered post and obtain proof of postage.
We want you to be entirely happy with your order, therefore any items that are exchanged
due to any fault on our part, will be sent to you free of postage & packing
charges.
WEBSITE SECURITY
The security of your personal and credit card details is of the highest priority
to us.
When you are ready to enter your payment details at our Checkout you will be taken
to a separate secure page controlled by PayPal Limited. PayPal accepts all the credit
cards listed above and that company complies with the latest requirements for secure
financial hosting.
You can verify the security of your connection to our Checkout by checking the bottom
(left or right) of your browser window. When the connection is secure, you will
see a closed padlock symbol. PayPal (UK) Ltd holds a digital certificate from Thawte
(an established certification authority) and use industry standard 128 bit SSL software
to guarantee that your personal information, including name, address and credit
card details, is securely encrypted.
The RedSpark Music website is registered in the Internet Shopping is Safe (ISIS)
programme which is run by IMRG (Interactive Media in Retail Group).
As an ISIS-accredited company we have undertaken to trade in a manner that is legal,
decent, honest, truthful and fair. Our websites are monitored continuously and reviewed

We are committed to safeguarding our customers' privacy and we adhere to the strict
rules of the Data Protection Act to ensure that any of the personal details that
we hold are protected from unauthorised access.
If you have opted receive our newsletter or to hear about our future special offers
and promotions on any of our forms you will automatically receive emails from us,
but we will not disclose your email address to third parties. To be removed from

PRODUCT PRICES
All product prices shown are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing
charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices advertised on this website
are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. Vivante
Productions Ltd will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of
the products ordered, as advertised on this website. Vivante Productions Ltd reserves
the right to change prices at any time.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We have taken every care to ensure that the description and specifications of our
products are correct at the time of going to press.
PRODUCT SALE & PURCHASE
A contract between Vivante Productions Ltd and the customer for the supply of products
by Vivante Productions Ltd to the customer comes into effect once an order has been
accepted, payment processed and the goods despatched by Vivante Productions Ltd.
All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and
emailed confirmation to our customer of receipt of an order do not constitute acceptance
or guarantee fulfilment of an order.
A customer's credit or debit card will not be charged for an item until it is despatched
by RedSpark Music, where appropriate this will include a non-refundable charge for
postage & packing.
Every effort is made to ensure that our estimated delivery times are met. However;
however occasional delays due to unforeseen factors are may occur. Vivante Productions
Ltd is not held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated
delivery times.
PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE
You are entitled to return goods for refund within 14 days of delivery of those
goods provided those goods are returned in unopened and unused condition. This will
be construed as the cancellation of your order or part of your order. You will be
responsible for the return of goods. Following receipt of the returned goods a full
refund of the purchase price of the item will be issued by the same payment method
as that used to originally pay for the goods.
If a returned item was bought as a gift, only the original payer can be refunded.
If you require an exchange on a gift item we cannot prevent the payer from knowing.
If goods returned were originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher,
we can only offer a credit to your RedSpark Music account as reimbursement.
In an exchange, if the new item costs less then we will reimburse you with the difference
(note: this does not apply for items wishing to be exchanged resulting from a product
promotion) . If the new item costs more then additional payment will be required.
There will be no second postage & packing charge for despatch of exchanged goods
resulting from faulty manufacture.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
It is prohibited to copy, print or download extracts of material on this site, except
in the case when this is for the purpose of placing an order with us. Any other
use of materials on this site, including modification, distribution or reproduction
is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Vivante Productions Ltd.

ABOUT US
RedSpark Music bought the stock and trading assets of Vivante Ltd in late 2006 and
has established a new UK legal entity Vivante Productions Limited trading as RedSpark
Music.
RedSpark Music is family business run by Stephen (a music enthusiast), his wife
Francesca (a packing enthusiast), his business partner Robert (a process improvement
maniac) and Jo (who keeps the whole affair afloat). Between them they have a lot
of business experience and a good sense of humour. Together they aim to provide
you with music of exceptional quality and to meet all your high-end and audiophile
music needs, not only for high quality vinyl rarities and re-masters but also CDs,
SACDs and other formats.
